How to lose that belly fat has always been a battle for many people especially when they reach that age milestone, or should I say millstone, of menopause! However losing the fat from around your middle becomes even more difficult. It isn’t just reserved to that age group, as we well know, it can be a problem at any age and is not sex discriminate. So how can we get rid of the fat and have the flat firm abs we have always wanted!
I’m sorry if you thought I was going to give you a magic answer that required no work or commitment on your behalf you’re sadly mistaken, I know you have heard this all before as a friend of mine said, ” I joined the gym, purchased exercise DVDs and read about good nutrition but I didn’t lose my belly fat”! Well! I said you actually have to go to the gym, take the DVDs out of the wrapping and do the exercise and you need to change your diet and follow the nutritional plan!! ” You mean to say I have to do something”! Now not that I’m saying my friend did not understand her responsibility in the programme but like us all we want a quick easy answer when there isn’t one!

I will give you the information but you have to take action! We are all good at saying “I already know that” but knowing something and doing something are 2 totally different things.
